Wildwood Nachos With Chili, Cheddar Cheese, Pico De Gallo and Sour Cream

  • Large bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup chili (optional)
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pico de Gallo, recipe follows
  • Sour cream

 

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees
  2. Place tortilla chips on an over proof plate or pan
  3. Top with chili, if desired
  4. Sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese
  5. Bake in 375 degree over until cheese is melted
  6. Remove from oven and top with Pico de Gallo (recipe follows) and sour cream

 

Pico de Gallo

  • 5 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 lime

 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for at least 30 minutes
