White Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 2 bottles New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
  • 8-10 kiwis
  • 3 mangos
  • 12 oz. Simple syrup (water, sugar)

Directions:

To Make Mango/Kiwi Puree:

  1. Peel all fruits and roughly chop. Combine in a blender at a ratio of three kiwis for every one mango. Puree until smooth.
  2. To Make Simple Syrup:
  3. Bring 2 parts sugar, 1 part water to a boil (suggested 2 Cups, 1 Cup). Dissolve sugar completely in boiling water, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and serve in a wine glass over ice, garnished with sliced strawberries or kiwis.
