Thai Marinade For Turkey

  • 1 ea. Turkey Breast, semi-boneless (each about 2-3 pounds)
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Sambal paste
  • 3 Tbl Thai fish sauce
  • 3 Tbl Rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Marinate turkey overnight.
  3. Wipe off excess marinade.
  4. Pat Dry.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and grill on a grill.
