Stir-Fried Egg Noodles with Chinese Sausage & Garden Vegetables

Serves 4-6 portions

Ingredients:

  • Soybean Oil 3 tbl
  • Garlic, chopped 1 tbl
  • Onions, sliced 1/3 cup
  • Chinese style sausage, sliced 1 link
  • Carrots, julienned 1/3 cup
  • Bean Sprouts 1/3 cup
  • Bok Choy, sliced 1 cup
  • Egg noodles, par cooked 1 qt
  • Water or chicken stock 4 oz
  • Fish sauce 2 tbl or to taste
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbl or to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Scallions, sliced and lime wedge to garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in wok or pan. Saute garlic, onions, sausage, carrots, bean sprouts and bok choy.
  2. Add noodles and saute.
  3. Season with liquids and black pepper.
  4. Garnish with scallions and limes.
