Seared Striped Bass

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 bass filets scaled and de pin boned skin on
  • ½ oz oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat medium sauté pan on medium heat, season bass on both sides with salt and pepper, add oil and sauté skin side down till golden brown, flip and put in 350 degree oven till fully cooked about 6 minutes place on top of spaghetti squash and Brussels sprouts and top with warm tomato caper vinaigrette.
