Salmon & Barley With Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 3 ¾ Cup Barley
  • 7 oz. Wild Salmon
  • ¾ Cup Frozen Peas & Carrots
  • 2 tsp Corn oil

Directions:

  1. Baked the salmon in the oven and cook the barley per package instructions without any added salt.
  2. Boil or steam the peas and carrots in water without any added salt.
  3. Once cooked measure out the salmon, barley and peas and carrots to the amount above.
  4. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  5. Place the barley in a serving bowl and add peas and carrots, oil and necessary supplement.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Place the cut salmon onto the barley and veggies and serve.
