Rice with Truffle Butter

Serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1T soy sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • 1T truffle butter butter
  • 1 C of mixed mushrooms (shiitake, shimeji, nameko)
  • salt & pepper
Directions:
  1. Cook rice in water with salt soy sauce and butter.
  2. Saute mushrooms with salt and pepper.
  3. Top rice with mushrooms.
