Peach Bourbon Sour With Chocolate Covered Bacon

Peach Bourbon Sour

Ingredients:

  • ½ jigger Bourbon
  • ½ jigger Peach schnapps
  • Sour mix
  • Red Cherries
  • Splash of Cherry Juice
  • Peach garnish
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Place Bourbon, Peach Schnapps , and Sour mix in a martini shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. Fill a Glass with Ice and strain contents into the glass.
  3. Add a splash of cherry juice and a whole cherry.
  4. Add a peach wedge on the rim of the glass for garnish.

Chocolate Covered Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 16 slices applewood smoked bacon, thick cut cooked
  • 12 ounces semisweet or milk chocolate, chopped

Directions:

  1. Melt your semi-sweet/milk chocolate. Whisk until completely smooth.
  2. Dip the bacon into the melted chocolate and make sure it is completely coated. Allow the excess to drip off and lay on a parchment or waxed paper lined tray. Repeat with all the bacon slices.
  3. Put the tray in the refrigerator to set, about 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from the tray to a serving dish and serve.
