Orange Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange segments cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch chives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh jalapeño slices (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss lightly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
