No Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or other any other nut butter)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, let chill in the fridge for 30 mins (we can skip this part) Roll into balls.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
