Monster Smash

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 oz. Tap 357 Maple rye whisky
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. spiced cocoa simple syrup**
  • 1/2 ripe peach
  • 8-10 mint leaves
     

Directions:

  1. Muddle the peach and mint in the lemon and simple syrup. Add whisky and ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  2. Garnish: fresh mint sprig

**spiced cocoa simple syrup: Add 2 tsp Divine chocolate cocoa powder to 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Dissolve over heat with 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. When sugar is dissolved, chill syrup and serve.
