Mint Yogurt Sauce

Bright and refreshing, this sauce pairs with almost anything! Try it with freshly grilled souvlaki, grilled chicken or fish, or with a fresh piece of Multigrain Bread!

Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves (no stems)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Greek olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk thoroughly.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
