Mint-Yogurt Sauce

Makes About 2 Cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves (no stems)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Greek olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk thoroughly.

  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
