Lavender Tea Nail

Heather honey, spices, and a float of lavender cream take High Tea to new heights!
 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz. DRAMBUIE® Scotch Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Fig-Infused Black Tea (steep 8 oz. hot water with loose-leaf black tea and 2 sliced dried figs for about 5 minutes)
  • 1 strip Orange Zest
  • ½ oz. Lavender-Infused Cream (thicken heavy cream in shaker with dried lavender blossoms and double-strain over bar spoon)
     

Directions:

1. In a mixing tin half-filled with machine ice, add:

  • 1½ oz. DRAMBUIE® Scotch Liqueur
  • 2 oz. Fig-Infused Black Tea (steep 8 oz. hot water with loose-leaf black tea and 2 sliced dried figs for about 5 minutes)
  • 1 strip Orange Zest

2. Shake until the tin is frosted.
3. Double-strain into a martini glass, float:

  • ½ oz. Lavender-Infused Cream (thicken heavy cream in shaker with dried lavender blossoms and double-strain over bar spoon)

4. Garnish with pinch of dried lavender blossoms in center.
