Ingredients:

  • 1/2 each lime, lemon & orange
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • a few fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup white grape juice.
  • 4 kale leaves (remove tough centers)

Directions:

  1. Blend all in a high powered blender & enjoy!
