JC Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoon diced white onion
  • 1 Tablespoon of Serrano chile pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons of diced plum tomato
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 Avocado

Directions:

  1. In Molcajete using a mortar: grind together the onions, Serrano chile, cilantro and salt creating a paste then add your avocado blending it with the paste. Before serving top with diced tomatoes.
