Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Virginia peanuts, salted and roasted
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (add more if you prefer sweeter taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt (add more if you prefer saltier)
Method

In a small food processor or mini-prep food chopper, Blend (or pulse) together all ingredients until you have the consistency you want, either smooth or slightly chunky. If peanut butter is too dry, add a little more oil.

Store in airtight container and refrigerate for up to two week.
