Halftime Chicken Burger

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground chicken breast
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground ancho-chili pepper
  • 2 tbs freshly chopped thyme
  • 2 tbs freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp hot sauce, cayenne
  • 1 tbsp milled flax
  • 1 tbs olive oil
Directions:
  1. Pre-heat grill to high. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in medium bowl, don't over handle.
  2. When the mixture is complete, form four patties.
  3. Brush them with olive oil and grill to well-done. Enjoy!
