Ingredients:
  • (2) 3 1/2 lb. whole chickens

Directions:

  1. Roast in 425 degree oven, for 15-18 minutes.
  2. Finish on the grill to char & crispy the skin.
  3. Cut each chicken into eight pieces.
Piri-Piri
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil
  • Malagueta chilis
  • Roasted red pepper paste
  • Red wine vinegar

Directions:

Toss chicken pieces in Piri-Piri, if you can find Piri-Piri or don’t want to make the quick recipe, use any chipotle or American hot sauce.
