Fava Bean Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shelled fava beans
  • 2 cups shelled edamame
  • 1 15 oz jar canned chick peas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt 

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Scrape down the sides, taste for seasoning and pulse until completely incorporated.
  3. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
