Chopped Cabbage, Veggie, Fruit & Nut Sauté

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) DOLE® Chopped Asian Blend Salad
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup pecans; lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots; coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add salad, cook & stir for about 3 minutes or until broccoli and cabbage begin to soften.
  3. Add rice wine vinegar and rosemary; toss.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and fruit.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
