Chocolate Ganache With Caramel Candied Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 2 oz cocoa powder
  • 1 oz confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 bag chocolate covered caramel candied popcorn

Directions:

  1. 4 oz of Semisweet Chocolate chips melted down and mixed with a pint of heavy cream.
  2. Topped with coco powder and 3 oz of melted chocolate chips mixed into whipped cream (a pint of heavy cream whisked to a steady peak) and confectioners’ sugar.
  3. Garnished with store bought chocolate covered caramel candied popcorn.
