Chicken Tikka Masala

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 3 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condenses cream of tomato soup
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt

Directions:

  1. In a nonstick skillet, brown the chicken, 5 to 6 minutes. 
  2. Add the tikka masala paste and soup and simmer for 15 minutes. 
  3. Stir in yogurt and heat through.

Optional: Serve with rice

Tip: Tikka masala paste can be found with Indian ingredients in the international section of the supermarket or in the Asian foods section.
