Cheddar Basil Wonton Crackers

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 25 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. On a large cookie sheet lay out the wonton wrappers (cutting them if you would like smaller crackers) side by side
  3. Brush with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle the tops with the cheddar and basil. Top with a pinch of salt and pepper
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly browned and crispy.
