Brioche Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 pc Brioche (sliced 1 inch thick)
  • 1oz Comte (grated)
  • 1Tsp Clarified butter

Directions:

  1. Layer the cheese in between the slices of brioche.
  2. Heat the clarified buter in a medium skillet and griddle the snadwich on both sides, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  3. Quickly heat the soup with the aspargus tips and serve along side the grilled cheese.
