Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steamed beets, peeled, chopped (can use canned)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
