Banana Bread Sticks with Farmer’s Market Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¾ cup of Arrowhead Mills Organic Stone Wheat Flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • ½ tsp of baking soda
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ¼ cup of baking soda
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of Spectrum Canola Oil
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 jars of Earth’s Best 2nd Foods Bananas
Directions:
  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Mix eggs, Spectrum Canola Oil and jars of Earth’s Best 2nd Foods Bananas together until well combined
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry
  4. Spread into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for about an hour
  5. Cool and remove from pan and cut into sticks
  6. Spread sticks on a cookie sheet and bake in oven on 150° for one hour or longer until sticks are dry and crunchy
  7. Store tightly covered
