Baked Spicy Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

  • 15 6-inch corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Spanish paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with oil, then stack and cut into sixths.
  3. Spread in a single layer on two large baking sheets.
  4. Whisk together salt, paprika, and cayenne, then season tortillas.
  5. Bake until golden brown and crunchy, about 10 minutes.
  6. Let cool and serve immediately.
