Avocado, Prosciutto and Radish Tartine

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices French Bread
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 2 thinly sliced Radishes
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake the sliced bread for 10 minutes or until browned
  3. Remove and let cool
  4. Ina small mixing bowl, lightly mash avocados
  5. Add a small squeeze of lemon
  6. Layer prosciutto, avocado and radish on the bread
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt
