Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 6 cups water
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Tsp of maple

Directions:

  1. Soak 1 cup of almond with two cups of water, covered, refrigerated, overnight.
  2. Add the almond and water mixture to the blender with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Puree and serve.
  4. You can strain it for a smoother milk.
