Shishito-infused tequila, fresh lime, grapefruit, agave and salt

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Shishito-infused tequilta (2 shishito peppers de-seeded sliced thin and stuffed into a bottle of good reposado tequila leave for 2 days. Do 2 shots in the beginning to make room for the peppers).
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime
  • .50 oz Grapefruit
  • .75 oz Agave Syrup (1pt hot water and dissolve 1pt raw amber agave)
  • Add a small pinch of salt and shake and serve
