Pasta alla crudaiola

Ingredients:

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 100g Parmesan
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • basil
  • salt
  • a spoon capers
  • 250 g orecchiette
  • olives a spoon 

Directions:

  1. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water.
  2. Mix the parmesan cheese to the mixer cut into chunks with tomatoes and basil oil.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and mix then remove to a bowl and add capers, olives.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix well with the sauce before serving crudaiola.
