Pasta with Pesto Special

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of fresh spinach
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100g of Parmesan
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fusilli 250 g
  • cigliegino tomatoes (cherry tomatoes) 

Directions:

 

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, boil the spinach, squeeze and blend together the ricotta, 50g of Parmesan cheese, and a few tablespoons of the cooking water until you get a cream of the same consistency of a béchamel
