Candy Bar Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce

(Using leftover candy bars and soft, chewy caramels)
Ingredients
  • Loaf of Brioche bread
  • Cream
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Snickers Candy Bars (chopped)
  • Brach’s Chewy Caramels (chopped)
  • Salt
Utensils
  • Wisk
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Small Sauce Pot
  • Casserole Dish
  • Tablespoon
  • Knife (to cut bread)
  • Cutting board (to cut bread)
  • Small Bowls (to hold ingredients)
Method

Bread Pudding Recipe:  

  1. Wisk together the eggs, cream, sugar
  2. Toss in Brioche
  3. Toss in chopped Snickers and chewy caramels
  4. Pour into casserole dish
  5. Bake 275o for an hour

Sauce Recipe:

  1.  Mix caramels, cream, salt
  2.  Melt them down on the stove
  3.  Drizzle sauce over bread pudding to serve.
