Turkey, Bacon and Brie Croissant Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 2 croissants, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 pound sliced turkey
  • 4 thin wedges Brie cheese
  • 1 cup Russian dressing, for dipping sauce - see recipe below
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
Method
  1. Heat up the toaster oven or traditional oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Divide the turkey and cheese and stack on the cut side up of the bottoms of each croissant.
  3. Top each with two slices of cooked bacon and replace with tops of the croissants.
  4. Heat the sandwich in the toaster oven or traditional oven and cook until the bread is warmed and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Cut the sandwiches in half and wrap in foil to keep them warm.

Russian Dressing: Combine equal amounts of mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish and ketchup and mix together.

Serves 2
