" Tell us about -- incredibly -- career as a produced there and pop star. Talent manager you've done enough yet well I started as a producer when I was very very young and I always wanted to be a singer. And at about 22 years old -- pursued that dream and within three months had a record sales ended up in that -- group -- boy crazy. And that is in the group for about five years and we had a number one record in 1993 which is really. Ridiculously exciting and traveled all around the world are number one. In Japan and Canada and America. And you know Casey -- on the whole thing -- Houston and out of the number one -- in -- and really -- one point to be a pop star you know I at least it was for me since I was about three years old myself. That was amazing and then I didn't wanna do that very much stronger because it's quite a lifestyle I really wanted to have children and get married and so I did that and when my daughter was about 21 of the girls who was in the group. Needed a manager and she asked me about a manager so I started managing her and all my friends were. Artists I started managing them and then you know twelve years later here I am when -- have feelings -- you have such a big -- come true at such a young age. I have to say my whole life every dream I've ever had has come trip. So you're really I'm kinda spoiled because there's not been anything I ever wanted to create that didn't happen. And as you see yourself as being my Philanthropic these days. Tell us more about united global except what what exactly is that all about not accomplish its mission is to shift the culture. Up on the planet really from fear and scarcity and survival. To peace partnership. And possibility and we work with people that have projects for nonprofits are corporations. And we train them to cause sustainable change so I work with people from the UN. We're using technology that has been effective with over a 150 million people. And we're training people to actually design projects in a way. That not only source their own personal power but also cause a system shift. But then solve problems what advice do you have for women that want to be my Philanthropic but now lives do something. Do any thing and there's a lot of opportunities if you just want Google search. You'll find thousands of opportunities for volunteering or fund raising more. Even shifting something in your community that is in the working for the people that.
