But I can eat the whole bag in one sitting and so what was the turning point or was they're turning -- when you just said I've got to lose the weight yeah it was right when my husband had graduated. And we took a family trip to Hawaii. And I didn't get to have as much fun I would just add about tired. Everything I was eating -- gave me heartburn it was very miserable -- And so I just figured it you know maybe just my body's going to changes and getting older found excuses. And I and I just realized that something has to be done I want the doctors and I got the scale and from 240. So a couple months later on track and on more weight sense. I I knew that I needed to make change -- telling me earlier to that you decided to make that change just a few days before Thanksgiving I hit a lot of people does that add -- on time I'm not trying to -- made exactly and I I didn't read surge because I wanted something fast I mean aren't into surgery. It was too expensive I just I knew there had to be something before there. I'm so I went online found cookie diet dot com what doctors -- cookie diet I'd read his web site and it said you know you eat six cookies today. On the diet is you don't work out who you're not supposed to work out because you're taking in fewer calories. A lot less calorie. So you don't work out when you're done and you're ready to maintain -- boom that's when you start working out so from November I was pushing the size 24. By march I was in a size six that's when I started working out and -- and it's you know. It's too -- now and I'm just maintaining though. I need that I need some cookies I don't need good enough money you know what are good there they don't taste weird they don't leave them where -- at their very good day and they are feeling you'd. I have to force myself to eat all six before dinner -- because I started I was only eating for. Per day because that's helpful Iowa when you look great and I -- all of you for doing the image she did to you you look like you're really happened is -- happy how -- heartburn and read it. Yeah today -- they."
