To -- top experts speak their advice on money career help style and yes. Even sex lives. Women across the country hundreds of women are flocking to this event they're reinventing convention can you tell us exactly residents. 500 women here trying to figure out what's next for them how they're gonna reinvent themselves how they're gonna change their lives. And what they're gonna do next. Moore has really always been about reinvention and it's one of those things that happens to women you know we reinvent ourselves all the time when you have children you reinvent yourself so that when your children get a little older you have to reinvent yourself again. Just because amazing. But as a special honor to have former First Lady Laura Bush as a morning keynote speaker. And this and I got to sit down one -- one -- And talk to her about what personal reinvention means to have one of the biggest inventions I can think is going from citizens the First Lady in the White House. What was the most difficult challenge for you and."

" You know there were a lot of things in part of it was just finding my identity as First Lady and a lot of at the time. A lot of reporters would say are you going to be Hillary Clinton or Barbara Bush. And I would -- I think obviously Laura Bush and then deciding what I want to work. And so I knew when I came there what my expertise was which was. I was a librarian and teacher and that was actually ended up being very advantageous because of all things education issues. And giving speeches actually because I've read so many. Stories to kids ended up being easier than I thought I would say you can and must advocate bar hell. Education literacy. Human rights especially in Afghanistan for women and children. What would your advice be to a woman who wants to be my Philanthropic and -- my advice would be to. Find what you really -- and and what -- Palestinians. And then find the nonprofits that serve that passion. And study and find out how much of their money they've really giveaway -- how much they used for administration and then pick the ones that you. Think the most affecting thing in getting."

" Another case for -- chatting with that patio at front sisters Nora and DeLia I think it about. Every ten years is it is a good period of time to reinvent yourself and wanted to do weird things is that women. Our in some weird way more able to do it then men on of course there was one question that I just have to ask every woman and that if I needed then. What I know now I would have. And -- myself didn't -- more often situations that I was afraid of the worst happens you can turn away in the sense of that you don't die. I would have got myself I would try to find my how is -- twenty years senior than 98 and married -- accent thank -- sweating the small stuff. Appreciated my body a heck of a lot more when I was younger. I wouldn't stop doubting myself or my life and really listen to my own intuition and what's really important to me. There's things I would never written their things I would never have. Married -- dare -- you know I mean are you kidding. As you can see -- something for everyone here at the reinvention convention. He -- telling me facts and science and ready to take charge of your life. I'm -- got back to you."

" And tomorrow on better we get to the fashion side of reinvention for ladies over forty -- switching G."
