I decided that I am going to be tempted I'm going to want to snack but I'm going to need to get past it and so I decided start Monday before Thanksgiving. Yes now I am I eat a little more in my diet there's times probable outbreak an occasion and you know maybe have a couple bites of a piece of cake right. It's not I know how to control it but now I know about when I do you eat actually I need to work out so -- just gonna say it's not just the cookies what I would you do the work out and dwelling on the diet and this is what sold me. On the diet is you don't -- outfit you're not supposed to work out because you're taking in fewer calories. A lot less calories and so you don't work out when you're done and you're ready to maintain -- boom that's when you start working out so from November I was pushing the size 24. By march I was in a size six that's I started working out and not that it's you know -- too -- now and I'm just maintaining that. I need that I need some cookies I don't think anybody you know there are good there they don't taste weird evidently the weird aftertaste -- their very good and they are feeling he'd. I have to force myself to eat all six before dinner the moon because I started I was only eating for.
