Nonalcoholic Cocktail Recipes
Sparkling Pomegranate
1-1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup (or 1 teaspoon granulated sugar)
2-1/2 ounces Fre(R) alcohol-removed sparkling Brut
Rim champagne flute with sugar. Shake all ingredients, except Fre(R) Brut with ice. Gently strain into the sugar rimmed champagne flute. Slowly top with alcohol-removed sparkling wine.
Tropical Tease
1 heaping tablespoon diced fresh mango
3 torn mint leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 ounce lime juice
3 ounces Fre(R) alcohol removed White Zinfandel
1 lime wheel (garnish)
Muddle mango, mint, sugar and lime juice in the bottom of a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, add wine. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Place the lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
Garden Rose
1 heaping tablespoon diced cucumber (peeled and seeded)
1 ounce rose-infused simple syrup
3 ounces Fre(R) alcohol removed Chardonnay
Splash of soda water
Rose petal (garnish)
Gently muddle cucumber and rose nectar in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add ice and wine, then shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with white rose petal.

Very Berry Basil Mojito
1 heaping tablespoon of diced strawberries
1 pinch torn basil
1 ounce simple syrup (or 2 teaspoons granulated sugar)
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime
4 ounces Fre(R) alcohol-removed White Zinfandel
Muddle strawberries, basil and simple syrup in the bottom of a tall glass. Add ice. Fill with Fre White Zinfandel.
Citrusy Red Sangria Punch
1/2 cup tangerine juice
1/2 cup pear cider
2 tablespoons sugar
2 bottles Fre Merlot alcohol-removed wine
1 orange, cut into slices with peel on (garnish)
1 lemon, cut into slices with peel on (garnish)
1 lime, cut into slices with peel on (garnish)
Place cut fruit in a punch bowl, and stir in tangerine juice, pear cider, and sugar. Slowly add alcohol-removed wine. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Ladle it into wine goblets when ready to serve.
