Healthy Pancakes

Try Erin's easy and delicious pancake recipe!
Ingredients

16 oz. cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup raw oats
1/2 cup almond meal/flour

Method

1. Toss all ingredients in the blender starting with the raw oats, blend until mixed well.

2. Pour batter onto preheated (to medium heat) nonstick pan.

3. Pancakes are ready to flip when the batter bubbles and pancakes begin to brown around the edges (about 60 to 120 seconds).
