The day after Christmas is; without a doubt, the absolutely best day to shop.
I suggest early morning weekdays for in-store shopping.

I love to shop at walmart in the middle of the night. You get to see the best deals that are being put out on the shelves. You can get the best deals. Other wise if it is a reg store than early in the morning before the crowds come out with their kids. Grocery stores are another done best in the middle of the night. fresh stock and not busy and usally not hungry at that time.

Best time to shop is durning the dinner hour for clothing dressing rooms are free. 8:00am Sunday mornings for Groceries people are on the way or at church
When your significant other decides to be generous is the best time to shop. Out of season is the second best time to shop.
