I watched the show today and had questions, I am 54 and am at least 50 # overweight, I have bad (sore) knees so I am somewhat restrictive on exercise. I have tried to eat more vegetables and fruits it is difficult, I have cut out most of the sugars, starches it is making me crazy. Most of the stuff on tv seeems to be for women how about helping the guys out. I have been a meat and potatoes guy most of my life so tofu and rice cakes is not a good alternative, please let me know of any ideas
